Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 cup raspberries

1 cup avocado oil

1/2 cup chopped red onions

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon fine Himalayan salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon peeled and minced fresh ginger

10 drops liquid stevia, or 1 teaspoon granulated erythritol (optional)

Dash of ground cinnamon Pinch of ground nutmeg

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. The mixture will go from bright red to a dull dark pink. It will be creamy, piquant, and a little sweet.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Shake before using.
