Potato & Green Bean Cassaroll (Pressure Cooker)

Ingredients

3 Potatoes, Peeled and 1 inch Cubed

3/4 lb Fresh Green Beans

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Medium Onion, Minced

1 Green Pepper, Diced

1 Tbsp Parsley, Minced

1/2 C Chicken Stock

Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

Insert all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker. Close the lid and turn the knob to pressure.

Set timer for 4 minutes of high pressure.

When done, release the pressure, open the cooker and serve.
