4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cup minced fresh chives or green onions
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons fine Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds (aka hemp hearts)
5 drops liquid stevia (optional)
1 cup avocado oil
Place all of the ingredients except the oil in a blender and pulse to combine. Drizzle in the avocado oil slowly while the blender runs, until the sauce comes together creamy and smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Shake before using.
